I think that this quote means to be happy and remain staying happy you need to be obedient. I agree with this quote. we should all be obedient. If we aren't obedient then the world would be full of more chaos. If  we aren't obedient then we can't ever be happy. I think it also means that we should all be a bit more obedient. An example of  being obedient is, by following the law. Anther example can be like following the rules in school.
